who visit ICF.

bills by simple touch on the screen.
How to use the facility:

Select the Language: English/Tamil
Press ‘CLICK FOR VENDOR NUMBER’
Enter Vendor Number
Press ‘OK’
Press ‘Click for Password’
Enter Password (The default password is
the last four digit of the vendor number. Suppliers
can change the default password using the ‘Change
Password’ option)
Press OK
Press Logon
Select Bills Status/EFT Details/Change
Password

When
Bills Status Selected
(i) Press Click for Purchase Order number
(ii) Enter Purchase Order Number
(iii) Press OK
(iv) Press the bill number for which details
are required
When EFT Details Selected
(i) Select ‘from’ date
(ii) Select ‘To’ date
(iii) Select the bill number for which
details are required

3. Amount passed
4. Deductions
5. Details of Deductions
6. Nett amount
7. Details of payment
8. Reasons for return of the Bills, if any.
