About Tenders

Tender Documents and Correspondence

1. Tender documents for "Shell Division" items and "Furnishing Division" items can be obtained from respective stores department in Shell and Furnishing Divisions personally or by post , by sending a Money Order for Rs.25/- for each tender towards postal charges, in addition to the cost of tender documents & drawings, duly furnishing full mailing address.

2. NSIC registered firms can obtain tender documents free of cost except drawings and postal charges on submission of NSIC certificate.

3. Cost of tender documents & drawing to be paid by cash/Money Order only. The same is not refundable.

4. Offers through telegram/telex/fax will not be entertained.

5. Tender documents and drawings are not transferable.
