Bulletin
Tender
The
Bulletin Tenders are issued
to all Registered suppliers
of ICF. This system of
tendering is followed for
procurement of materials
valued upto Rs. 5 lakhs.
Only offers from such of
the firms as are registered
with ICF for the Group
of items under which the
tender is issued will be
considered as valid offers.
For
registration with ICF,
the suppliers are required
to furnish the required
information in the prescribed
form, available with
the Registration Section
of the office of the
Controller of Stores/ICF.
The suppliers meeting
the conditions mentioned
in the form are registered
for the item groups applied
for. Initial registration
is for two years and
on satisfactory performance,
the registration is made
permanent.
The Stores
Bulletin from ICF is
published every month.
The Bulletin is mailed
to the firms registered
with ICF, who have subscribed.
The details of the subscription
are furnished at the
end of this section.
The Bulletin
contains detailed information
on how to submit offers
for the items tendered
in the Bulletin. The
material tendered and
the due dates for the
tenders are published,
along with the details
of time and place for
submission of the tenders.
The
Bulletin contains details
of material procured
against the Open Tenders,
which have been finalized
during the past month;
the purchase order
no., the quantity,
and the ordered price
Design
